We are currently looking…

To add another Social Worker to our Skills Development team. This agency provides in-home, in-office, and telehealth services to clients. This position will start as part time, but definite full-time potential. We promote and value a drama free work environment, there is no tolerance for drama or gossip. This person is responsible to create their own schedule to meet the needs of assigned clients. Social Worker is expected to complete documentation.

Job Requirements:

-SSW (Social Services Worker) license or comparable bachelor’s degree

-Assertive communication skills

-Able to connect with all types of people/easily build rapport

-Comfortable entering undesirable living conditions

-Experience in behavioral management and modification

-Strengths based

-Able to efficiently use a computer and able to learn agency’s program

-Committed to clients and agency
