How Hopeful Beginnings is responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Updated: 4-16-20

Hopeful Beginnings is committed in continuing to provide outpatient mental health services for those we serve during the COVID-19 National Emergency.  We understand services are now more important than ever.  The safety of our employees and those we serve is also of utmost importance.  We are following all guidelines set forth by Federal, State and Local Agencies.  While a majority of our services have moved to Telehealth, we understand some face to face services are essential and must continue. Our office has remained open, and as long as deemed appropriate, will continue to stay open. For the safety and wellbeing of our employees and those we serve we are taking the following precautions:  Social Distancing Measures and Protective Equipment being worn in office (breathing masks are encouraged for all Hopeful Beginnings employees providing face to face services). Daily temperature checks are being required of Hopeful Beginnings Staff. Clients participating in face to face services will be asked screening questions before each session is scheduled. The office is cleaned daily (disinfection of high traffic areas) and disinfectant is provided for employees to use. We have policies in place for contact tracing (for visitors to the office, employees or clients who have been in contact with or contracts COVID-19).  We will follow all direction from the Department of Human Services and Utah Department of Health in conjunction with our State and Local Leaders.  We appreciate the opportunity to serve our community during this time.  Stay Safe, Stay Home.
